Control record period read changed in Travel Management programs


The control record period read has been changed for the Travel Management programs that require an accounting period.

If you do not enter a period for these programs manually, the current period of the control record of payroll accounting is specified. If, however, the status of the control record period is set to 'newly created' or 'end of accounting', the next (higher) control record period is used as accounting period.

If you use Travel Management and Payroll Accounting in two different logical systems and have activated the scenario 'Distribution of trip accounting results' in the ALE implementation guide, the control record in payroll accounting is read or validated remotely in the payroll accounting system.
