In all programs for creating declarations to the authorities it is possible to use the the new "summarize" functionality.
Using the flexible settings in the IMG via the incompletion tables, you can distinguish (according to your national declaration regulations) which fields are to be used as summarization criteria.
If you do not fill this table, then the SAP standard default entries will be used.
You set this functionality when you carry out the program
"create a declaration" on paper or on diskette for

The advantages of this functionality become apparent especially when declarations to the authorities have to be created in paper form. The number of lines to be declared can be reduced considerably.
