GR/IR account maintenance

Description

As of Release 4.0 in GR/IR account maintenance, the selection criteria have improved for limiting the selection of differences in the goods receipt and invoice receipt quantities.

Changes in procedure

On the initial screen for account maintenance, you now have the following selection options:

• Vendpor

• Purchasing group

• Purchasing document

• Plant

As is the case with reports, you can enter intervals or single values.

You can also enter the following selection criteria:

• Delivery surplus

• Invoice surplus

• Quantity difference smaller than ... per cent

• Purchase order older than... months

• ERS purchase orders
