As of Release 4.0A, you can control the valuation screen for an
inspection point. In operation data of the task list, you can plan
a variant for completing inspection points.
The system supports four variants for completing inspection
points:
Variant " "
You must confirm quantities and valuate the inspection point. The
confirmation indicator (partial confirmation, final confirmation or
no confirmation) for the order operation are proposed on the basis
of the Customizing settings for inspection point:
(This is the variant that was
previously used to process inspection points in Release
3.X).
Variant "1"
You must confirm quantities and valuate the inspection point. The
system proposes "No confirmation." (You can use this variant if you
make the confirmation using the corresponding transaction for the
inspection point.)
Variant "2"
With this variant, you only valuate the inspection point.
Variant "3"
The dialog box for valuating the inspection point is not displayed.
The system valuates the inspection point automatically. The system
retrieves the valuation from table TQ79.
Change system parameters in customizing
Previously, you could only store one proposed
value for the valuation of an inspection point at
the
plant
level in Customizing. In Release 4.0A, you can store a
proposed value for an acceptance and a proposed
value for a rejection at the
inspection point
level.
Inspection points were used for inspections during production
in Release 3.0. As of Release 4.0A, you can also use inspection
points to identify the physical samples in results recording.
For the maintenance task list and the inspection plan with physical
samples, variant 2 is the default value. You
cannot use variant ' ' and variant
1 for these task list types. For all other task list
types, variant ' ' is the default value.
If you process partial lots in an inspection during production
and variant 3 (automatic inspection point
valuation) is stored in the operation data, the system still
displays the dialog box for the inspection point valuation. This is
so you can assign the partial lots.
If you have selected the variant for an automatic inspection
point valuation, you can still call up the dialog box to valuate
the inspection point manually using a corresponding function
key.
