Scheduling Agreements for Make-to-Order Production


In make-to-order production, schedule lines can also be created in the planning run if a scheduling agreement has been assigned to the account of the sales order item of the requirement. The sales order item is part of an SD scheduling agreement.

It makes sense to use this process if there is a long-term delivery agreement with a certain customer who receives a finished product or a component that is regularly procured externally by a certain vendor.
