As of Release 4.0A, you can call an applicant directly from applicant master data maintenance. You no longer have to find and dial the applicant's telephone number manually. Now you can achieve the same result with a few clicks of the mouse.
Before you can use this function, you will need to make work center specific and user specific settings in one specific client.
If you do not make these settings, the dial-up function will not be active. In other words, only the telephone numbers that exist for the applicant in the system will be displayed.
