The Benefits Component has a new Benefits Menu. This menu
reflects the expansion and new organization of this component.
The new menu has five main processing areas:
This is gives you an overview of all employee enrollments.
This is an offer of all benefits the employee is eligible for.
The system automatically calculates and presents the options, so
that the employee can then make her benefits choices.
This new functionality allows you to process changes to
employee enrollments depending on the permissions granted for each
type of Benefits Event. Examples of Events are examples are birth
of a child or organizational change.
If employees no longer fulfil eligibility criteria for certain
plans, you can easily monitor this here, and be able to take the

Evidence of Insurability (EOI) for any enrollments that require it
