Benefits now enables you to manage employees' Evidence of Insurability (EOI). Before employees can participate in some insurance and health plans, they must often provide EOI such as a medical affadavit for proof of good health. You can configure the system to store employees' elections in either pending or active status, while awaiting EOI. You can also provide interim enrollment in the best possible option, not requiring EOI. You can define grace periods for the provision of EOI, and administer plan enrollments where EOI has not been provided within the grace period.
