Telephone Integration in Time Management


As of Release 4.0A, the Call employee function is available in the following areas of Time Management:

1. Shift Planning
2. Time data maintenance and display
3. Time Management pool:
a) Error processing
b) Time leveling
c) Time documents
4. Quota Overview

Change system parameters in customizing

If you want to use telephone integration, it must be activated enterprise-wide and assigned to the work schedules. For more information, see SAPphone: Client-wide settings .

Changes to the interface

The Call employee function is automatically available on the above interfaces when you set up telephone integration.
