Form maintenance of HR forms has been modified and enhanced in
All forms are located in a form directory where each form is
assigned a class and technical attributes.
You can assign wage types of a certain specification to
evaluation classes, so that the relevant wage types can be printed
on a form (remuneration statement, payroll account, payroll
journal, wage type statement) without you having to enter each wage
You can print individual amounts in an alternative currency
(the EURO instead of a national currency, for example) in the
remuneration statement, payroll account, and payroll journal (new
version) by maintaining the ACURR
You can print the whole of the payroll account or the payroll
journal in an alternative currency. In the selection screen of the
relevant program, you enter the respective currency key in the
Output currency data group in the
Alternative currency field.
The fields for offset and output length of form data have been
extended from 2 to 3 digits in all the relevant form tables. A
value check has also been introduced. The line number field has
been extended from 2 to 3 digits.
In table T512E 'Form-related control of wage types', instead of
a single letter, you can now enter a table indicator with a table
name that has up to five letters.
Restrictions in rules (offset and length of field for
comparison) are now located in individual fields. In earlier
releases, this data was stored in a joint field.
