Conversion of system variables in workflow containers

Description

Workflow system variables in workflow containers and work item containers are entered by the workflow system using technical definition information and runtime information. These system variables can be identified by their names, which begin with "_".

From Release 4.0 onwards, some of these variables are no longer explicitly available. However, the information is still available as an attribute of the work item and can be accessed via expressions for container element _WORKITEM.

The following workflow container elements are involved:

_WF_Task_Name _Workitem.WorkitemTask

_WF_Task_Id _Workitem.WorkitemTask

_WF_Definition_No _Workitem.DefinitionNumber

_WF_Definition_Vers _Workitem.DefinitionVersion

_WF_System no longer exists

_WF_Client no longer exists

_WF_Id _Workitem.WorkitemId

_WF_Org_Unit no longer exists

_WF_Initiator remains
also under _Workitem.CreatedByUser.NameWithLeadingUS

_WF_Start_Date _Workitem. ActualStartDate

_WF_Start_Time _Workitem. ActualStartTime

_WF_Priority remains

_WF_Administrator _Workitem.Administrator.Value

_Notes remains

_Adhoc_Objects remains

_WI_Group_Id remains

_Workflow _Workitem

Changes in procedure

Binding definitions which refer to elements which are no longer supported must be converted accordingly by customers.
