Means by which you define the times at which notification processing can be performed with a notification partner. The availability times defined in the service profile form the basis for the calculation of the start and finish dates defined at task level.

The expected duration for the performance of the task is defined in the response profile for each task code.

Example:

In the service profile, you can define that a task defined in the response profile can be performed from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00.
