Maintaining Time Data Using The Time Data Menu

You can maintain time data using the Time Data menu. This option allows you to access all Time Management infotypes to maintain employee data.

When you are creating, maintaining or deleting data records, the system may issue a time constraint warning or an error message. For more information, refer to the Collision Checks in Time Management section.


  1. Choose Human resources ® Time management ® Administration ® Time data ® Maintain.
  2. The Maintain Time Data screen appears.

  3. Enter the employee’s personnel number.
  4. Select the applicable infotype or enter the infotype number in the Information type field.
  5. To access other Time Management menus, select Other menu.

  6. If necessary, enter a subtype in the Sty (Subtype) field.
  7. Enter a time period.
  8. Choose one of the functions from the following list:

The selected infotype appears the processing mode you selected.
