Absences/Attendances

Purpose

The Absences (2001) and Attendances (2002) infotypes are essential elements of time data recording. These infotypes are used to create deviations in the personal work schedules of your employees. Absences and attendances are used to record alternative events or situations which differ from the work schedule. These events could be actual physical absences, for example, when an employee attends a seminar or takes a business trip. These absences are evaluated as attendances and paid accordingly. These two infotypes offer enormous flexibility when recording and valuating time data, and for calculating payment for work performed by all employees in your enterprise.
