Work schedule

A work schedule describes the planned duration and period of working time for a specific calendar time period.

The work schedule is based on collective agreement and company working time provisions. It consists of various flexible elements which allow you to represent different types of shift operation, flextime provisions etc. for different employee groups in a calendar.

The personal work schedule is an element of the work schedule. It contains the working times for a particular employee and the valid working time provisions for a specific day. The personal work schedule also includes exceptions such as leave, doctors’ visits and substitutions.
