Creating and Displaying Views Of Shift Plans and Requirements Matchup

The selected employees are listed in the column Name. You can also display additional information on an employee by displaying the following columns:

You can also sort columns in both the shift plan and the requirements matchup ascending or descending, in alphabetical or chronological order.

You can sort the following columns of the Requirements Matchup:

Procedure

To display the Name information column:

  1. Start a Shift Plan.
  2. Select the Name column.
  3. Choose Views ® Name ® First and Last name or Last name.

To display one of the additional information columns:

  1. Start a Shift Plan.
  2. Choose Views ® Info column ® Job, Organizational unit or Personnel number.

The selected information column appears to the right of the Name column.

To sort one of the additional information columns:

  1. Start a Shift Plan.
  2. Select the column in the shift plan or in Requirements Matchup that you want to sort.
  3. Choose Edit ® Sort ® Ascending or Descending.
