Generating an Authority Profile for a Responsibility


You first create an activity group by selecting reports, transactions, and tasks from the Menu and Task screens. Then create one or more responsibilities on that activity group.


  1. On the Activity Group Basic Date: Change screen, select the responsibility for which you want to generate an authority profile, then choose Goto ® Authority Profile.
  2. The Change Activity Groups Change: Authorizations screen appears.

  3. Choose Authorizations ® Generate
  4. The Assign Profile Name for Generated Authority Profile dialog box appears.

  5. Here you have the option of changing the profile name.
  6. Choose Continue.


The system reads the activities from the activity group and creates an authority profile at the responsibility.
