Editing an Authority Profile for a Responsibility


You can edit the authority profile of an individual responsibility. By doing this, you create a unique list of tasks, transactions, and reports for the responsibility. This means that at one activity group, you can have a number of different responsibilities. This serves to restrict, or filter, the number of agents who receive the list of activities.
