The Compensation Administration Process

Purpose

Before you start the compensation administration process, you must choose the status of the plan. The status can be one of the following:

If you use the status planned, the status of your remuneratoin plan changes as follows:

Planned ® approved ® active: an active remuneratioin plan is created. ® active ® approved: master data records are updated.

If you use the status active, the status of your remuneration plan changes as follows:

Active ® approved : master data records are updated.

Before you start the compensation administration process, you must have:

Process Flow

  1. Determine the period for which you want to perform compensation administration, and which compensation process you want to use.
  2. Maintain the remuneration plan.
    You can display a list of plans and a list of organizational units for each process..
  3. When you have processed all organizational units under your responsibility, save your remuneration plan.
  4. If your remuneration plan passes all consistency checks, you can submit it for approval.
  5. Your remuneration plan is approved and released, or rejected and returned to you for further processing.
