Report Portfolio

Definition

The "report portfolio" consists of a collection of prepared reports, which are personally put together for a user. Each user or group of users accesses their reports via a hierarchy which can also be displayed graphically. This hierarchy is individually configured in such a way that the nodes are subdivided, for example, according to the user’s area of responsibility. Any number of reports or PC applications can be assigned to each hierarchy node. The reports can be individually prepared for the user of the report portfolio by recording a sequence of lists, graphics and comments. The report data can either be saved in its recorded state or regularly updated.

Selection criteria

The report portfolio is intended for users with minimal knowledge of the system, who need to call up the information personally compiled for them. In other words, it is intended especially for upper management.
