Proposal Report

Use

The Proposal report allows the planning and implementation of salary changes based on performance appraisals and compa ratios.

This report reads the employee position within the matrix, then creates a list containing current and proposed salary for each selected employee.

Once the report has run, you can make employee exceptions and adjust an individual’s proposed increase accordingly. Additionally, the report enables you to create a proposal record of the increase. The Release report can then activate the proposal, updating the employee’s basic pay.

Prerequisites

The Proposal report requires the existence of four valid infotype records for each employee selected:
