Finding Objects for Specific Requirements

  1. Choose Reporting ® Find ® For requirements.
  2. The Find Objects for Requirements screen appears.

  3. To change the object type, proceed as follows:
    1. Choose Edit ® Change object type.
    2. The Select Object Type dialog box appears.

    3. Position the cursor on the object type you want and choose Transfer.

    This takes you back to the Find Objects for Requirements screen again.

  4. Enter the object name or the object ID in the corresponding field.
  5. Choose Search ® Execute.
  6. The Search for Qualifications screen appears.

    The system displays all objects with at least one of the qualifications requested. You can also see how many qualifications each object fulfills.

  7. You have the following options:
    1. To display the qualifications and qualification proficiencies of an object, position the cursor on the object and choose Edit ® Select.
    2. To display objects with one specific qualification from the list, position the cursor on the qualification and choose Edit ® Select.
  8. You can save all lists to file and/or print them out.
