Registering an Employee's Social Insurance Premium


  1. Enter the official announcement date for the employee and choose Hiring.
  2. Display all infotypes set as default values of Hiring until subtype 1 Health Insurance of Infotype 0141 Social Insurance premium is displayed.
  3. Enter the following:
  4. – Estimated monthly average compensation.

    – Estimated monthly average compensation benefit in kinds

  5. The total of the following are calculated and displayed:
  6. – Estimated monthly average compensation

    – Monthly standard compensation

    – Grade for Monthly standard compensation

    The monthly standard compensation and the grade are calculated based on the table Grade of standard compensation.

  7. Save the entries.
  8. The infotype 0141 Social Insurance Premium Data subtype 2 Employee’s pension screen is displayed.
  9. Repeat the procedure for creating health insurance and save the entries.


The Social Insurance Premium for the selected employee is created.
