Maintaining Status of Employee's Pension

Prerequisites

Employee’s status on employee’s pension is stored in Infotype 0140 Social Insurance Basic Data, subtype 2 Employee’s Pension. Deduction of contribution for employee’s pension is determined based of the data here.

You can use any of the following data input methods for maintenance, but data in 0000 Action, 0001 Organizational Assignment and 0002 Personnel Data must be maintained from the Action Hiring.

Procedure

Create a record for each employee from Hiring.

  1. Choose Human Resources ® Personnel management ® Administration ® HR Master Data ® Maintain
  2. Enter Infotype 0140 subtype 2
  3. Create a record for each employee.
  1. Choose Human Resources ® Personnel management ® Administration ® HR Master Data ® Fast Data Entry
  2. Enter Infotype 0140 subtype 2
  3. Create records of pension insurance for number of employees in batch, using the employee selection report,
