Analysing the Formation of the Posting Documents

An important aspect of posting to accounting is the recreation of the postings. The concept is explained here:

If a Leave remuneration cost type is posted to a cost center in a non-leave month, you may want to find out which employee and wage type this posting refers to.


You have created the posting documents.


  1. Displaying Posting Documents.
  2. Select one or more posting documents.
  3. Choose Goto ® Document.
  4. The content of the selected documents is displayed.

  5. Select the required posting document(s).
  6. Choose Goto ® Revision Info..
  7. The respective wage types, accounts, cost centers, funds and/or fund centers are listed for the document lines for each posting document.

  8. Check the document lines.
