Checking Posting Documents

Prerequisites

You have created a posting run. The status of the posting run is set to Document Created.

Procedure

  1. Displaying Posting Documents.
  2. Select a posting document.
  3. Choose Goto ® Document.
  4. The document lines for all selected posting documents are displayed.

  5. Check the posting document.
  6. If necessary, check the posting document details.
  7. If necessary, repeat steps 2-5 until you have checked all documents.
  8. If an error occurs during the check, proceed as follows:
  1. Remove the cause of the error.
  2. Deleting a Posting Run.
  3. Create a new posting run.
