SANTEI/GEPPEN Reporting Rules

R/3 supports following rules to process evaluation/reporting for SANTEI/GEPPEN.

Rule for both Health Insurance and Employee’s Pension must be defined for each branch office via Implementation Guide: Personnel Administration ® Payroll Data ® Social Insurance ® SANTEI/GEPPEN evaluation ® Assign processing rules to branch office.

Ikkatsu-Tekiyou is valid only for Employee’s Pension.

How Soushitsu-Sya can be Included in Reporting? (Ikkatsu-Tekiyou only)

A report is provided which detects the Soushitsu-Sya and stores their data in SANTEI/GEPPEN result Data Base together with normally evaluated employees. This report should executed only when Ikkatsu-Tekiyou is applied for Employee’s Pension. The criteria for Soushitsu-Sya varies from periods.
