your enterprise uses an applicant data administration system by
another provider, SAP can offer you an interface for data transfer
between both systems.
The integration consists of two parts:
You can export vacant positions from the SAP R/3 System into
the partner system. This may involve the transfer of various

relevant manager etc.
You can import applicant data from the partner system into the
Personnel Administration component of the SAP R/3 System. This
involves transferring data such as personal data, address,
