Entering Values for Selection Criteria in a Report

Procedure

Entering a Single Value for a Selection Criterion

  1. Place the cursor in the input field for the selection criterion.
  2. Type in the value.
  3. For more information on entering data in fields, see Field.

  4. If you want to further qualify this selection criterion, click on Selection options.

For example, you can determine whether only the records greater than or less than a value should be displayed in the list. You can also use the Selection options function to indicate whether records meeting the selection criteria are to be excluded; that is, all records that do not meet the selection criteria should be displayed.

You have entered a value for a selection criterion. Repeat this procedure for all other selection criteria you would like to enter for this report.
